Life
Hey what's up?? Just writing to say hi! Any of my friends from Brooklyn Tech or John Jay College who still remember me can reach me thru my profile here, and send me a quick email.
Now on to the bio:
Those of you who remember my passion for law know that after graduation I went to CUNY-John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Manhattan. I graduated after 3.5 years and then went on to some postgraduate work.. I worked at a law firm at the World Trade Center, and left that job in January 2000.
So I joined the United States Navy in June 2000. After graduating from Boot Camp at Great Lakes (N. Chicago, IL.) Recruit Training Command, I was assigned to the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA and subsequently became a Navy Linguist. . .
I became a Petty Officer 2nd Class on Nov. 2003, after completing training at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX and then transferring to Lackland A...Expand for more
FB in San Antonio. You can accomplish ANYTHING if you just put your mind to it! It's just living proof that blood, sweat, tears and determination can go a long way! I transferred to Fort Meade, MD in October 2005, and subsequently got promoted to First Class.
I got to visit Guayaquil, Ecuador for the first time in years, and spent my birthday there in August '08.
I've been deployed a few times overseas in the last few years, including my sub tour from May-July '09, among others.. It's wonderful being out at sea and exploring faraway lands, but it always feels great to be back home Stateside.
Recently retired from the Navy after 21 years of honorable active duty service. Now, on to the next chapter of my life.
