Cristy's Story

Life life is good so far. I own a house in Pendleton with my girlfriend of 3 yrs, 2 dogs and four cats. I work full time, go to school full time, and work on my house whenever I have a free moment. College I Graduated from ITT Tech in 2005 with an Associates Degree in Computer & Electronics. Also I am in the Mechanical Engineering program at Buffalo State College. I've slightly changed directions recently with my continued interest in global warming and creating sustainable living on Earth. I plan to swit...Expand for more
ch degree paths in spring 08 and attend UB, where I will be going into the Environmental Engineering program. I hope to go all the way and eventually get a Masters in Engineering, and possibly work on a Doctorate part time. Workplace I work at Vishay Thin Film Inc. as a Quality Control Technician. I am responsible for performing environmental testing on thin film resistors & networks. I know what a bore, it sounds like, but we make parts for companies like Lockheed Martin & Airbus, which is intriguing to me.
