I have landed a career in radio. I'm not an air personality. That McAdenville accent just doesn't cut it in radio, ha, ha. I worked at Gaston Memorial in the accounting department for about 6 years. I then decided to take an accounting job in Charlotte. I hated the traffic and the hustle and bustle. My Dad lives in Asheville, so I thought I'd try to living there and see how I liked it. a law firm as a legal assistant. I didn't really like that and out of the blue I got an opportunity to learn something new in radio. I moved to Myrtle Beach and am the business and traffic manager for COOL 104.9 and EASY 105.9. I have never married. Couple close calls. No children. I thank my lucky stars for that. I have two pet turtles. Easy to care for. I can see the ocean from my porch. It's very relaxing.
