Cynthia's Story
Life
I married Gary Sellars on April 2, 2005. We have a son, Morgan who was born May 2006 and one pet: a dog/Niki. We live in the Northland area of Kansas City.
Workplace
I started off after college working as a substitute teacher in KCK, Olathe, and Blue Valley School Districts. I then worked as an After School Program Director for Johnson County Park and Recreation District. After a year and a half there, I worked for KCK Sc...Expand for more
hools as a first and second grade teacher. I left there to return to substitute teaching. After a brief stint as a flight attendant for Vanguard Airlines, I taught fourth grade in the Fort Leavenworth School District. After working there for 3 years, I accepted a school counselor position with the Hickman Mills School District, where I worked until May of 2006. I am currently a school counselor in the Fort Osage School District.
