I have decided to update this profile since it has been a long time since I wrote the original. After graduation, I went to college and became a pediatric nurse. After graduation I worked at Scripps La Jolla for 10 years and then Kaiser for 30 years. I retired in August 2009. Between all of that, I was married, no children. He passed away in 1989 from a ATV accident in Brawley. I never remarried. I became involved in democratic politics both local and national. I am very involved in campaigns and have worked on countless democrats political campaigns. Some who are very important and famous. My dad, Cliff Dorr, died very young, age 53, from a massive heat attack. My mom died 3 weeks ago. I'm lucky to have had her for so long. I spent the last year taking care of her in her home.
