JULY 4TH REUNION 2008
******How old am I going to really be before I'm able to make it to at least 1 reunion?? I would love to be at this one but as usual I will be working. Over the past 2 years I have reconnected with so many friends. I can't tell you how uplifting it is to have you all part of my life again!!

******UPDATE - JULY 2007 - WELL, MOM & GRAMPS MOVED BACK TO MI A FEW MONTHS AGO AND NOW LIVE IN GAYLORD NEAR MARK AND TERRI. WHY AM I STILL IN NM??? I'VE BEEN WONDERING MYSELF LATELY. I HAVEN'T BEEN FISHING OR CAMPING IN YEARS AND MISS THE WATER (AND MY OLD FRIENDS) TERRIBLY!!! ****ANYONE LIVING NEAR PORT HURON MI?? LOOKS LIKE I MAY BE MOVING BACK AFTER ALL IN A FEW MONTHS.
***OLD STUFF***My husband Larry and I live in Deming, NM. We chose to move here from Las Cruces to be near my mother after my father passed away in May 2004. My mom has since relocated herself and my grandpa to Alamogordo, NM. My daughter Julia 23, has a home here and son Joseph 21 attends college in Roswell, NM.

THE HECK OUT OF MY WAY AND LEARN HOW TO DRIVE!" I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO SAY THAT IN SPANISH TOO!! -- IN OCT 2005 I WENT TO FONTANA CA TO TRAIN FOR MY CDL. I NOW HAVE A CLASS A CDL W/ HAZMAT, TANKER & COMBINATION DOUBLE/TRIPLE TRAILER ENDORSEMENTS. I'VE BEEN A TEAM DRIVER WITH MY HUSBAND FOR CRST VAN EXPEDITED SINCE OCT 2005. MY SON CALLED ME YESTERDAY WHILE I WAS DRIVING THROUGH THE DRAGOON MOUNTAINS ON I-10 IN AZ. I HAD TO TELL HIM "HONEY I LOVE YOU BUT MOM HAS TO LET YOU GO RIGHT NOW BECAUSE I'M HAULING EXPLOSIVES AND I CAN'T REALLY DRIVE TOO WELL WITH 1 HAND" LONG PAUSE.....MOM!!!!! I DON'T THINK HE UNDERSTOOD THE SCOPE OF WHAT GETS MOVED IN THESE TRUCKS UNTIL RIGHT THEN.
***OLD STUFF***Originally my husband and I were going to team up in the tractor trailer he'd been driving for years and concentrate on traveling. We now drive for an engineering firm that tests vehicles for an overseas automotive manufacturer. I spend 6 days a week in various auto's testing the vehicle for durability. My team and I run an average of 650 km's daily throughout the backroads and rural highways of New Mexico and Arizona. We test new cars for the first 2 years that their on the market and proto's before they hit the street.
