Life
Just ran the 7 mile bridge race in the Florida Keys,(April 24, 2004) this is my 6th time, had the honor to run it with my 22yr. old son Tom and my 17yr. old son Alex, sorry to say they beat me this time, oh well, its tough to get old
Getting ready to run bridge race again this coming weekend, (April 23, 2005), sons won't be running it this year, just little old me.
Well I ran the bridge race again (April 23, 2005) I ran with my brother Paul who took pitty on me and helped me through it, I did 2 mins. better than last year, maybe getting older isn't so bad......
2006- didn't run the bridge run this year, had to attend a family wedding, but I am still running, j...Expand for more
ust ran 5k (May 6th) in Tequesta Fl. with my son Tommy and will be running a 5k in Jensen Beach (May 29th)
2007- April 21st, ran the bridge race once again, this year with my son Tommy (who is now 25) very nice run and fun weekend! My time was slow but sure (10 min. miles) Tommy did well, out of 1500 runners he came in 411. (has a little of his Uncle Paul in him)
Workplace
I run my own land surveying and mapping company along with my two sons, Tommy and Alex. The name of our company is, McIntosh and Associates, we are located in Port St Lucie, Florida and survey in several counties, including St Lucie, Okeechobee, Palm Beach, Martin and Indian River Counties.
