Cynthia's Story
Life
After being single for 36 years of my life, I finally married my husband Bob in 1996. We were both transferred by our respective companies to London (I moved in 1997 - 2 weeks before our 20th High School Reunion - which is why I wasn't there). We moved back to the US, and back to the San Francisco Bay Area in June 2000 where we now live in the Oakland hills.

My husband Bob and I have twin boys. Declan and Joshua were born 6 months after we returned from London, on December 26, 2000. They are healthy and happy and loads of fun. They will be starting Kindergarden in another year. Time flies!
We love our home and where we live, though would really like the cost of living to go down. Don't go to Merced anymore as my mom has now moved up closer to us in the Bay Area. Last time I was there we drove around so much and was amazed by the changes - the UC will definitely make an impact (and already has) on the community.
Times have really changed - but so have we!
