rally means a physical wholeness and perfection i will never have now. A great body is also such a big part of what is expected that anyone who doesn't fit that ideal is dismissed. It maybe painful at times but it also has many advantages one is that people are not necessarily drawn to my new outward apperance. so it helps to weed out the shallow people right away".
