Dan's Story

Life Well, isn't this a fine place to catch up? After Brainerd, I attended UTC until 1976, where I finally walked out with a bachlor's degree... I then went to Mercer University Extension School and a master's came my way in 1979... I was married the 1st time in 1973, then divorced 1st time in 1979 ... There were no children, yet... In 1981, I moved to Florida where I was married a 2nd time in 1983. I was divorced a 2nd time in 2001... My son born in 1983 lives with me, and has a similar hectic work schedule, fitting in life when he can. Though I rarely see him other than a few hours, he has turned into a fine man that would make any dad proud... Life was definitely interesting as a "Mr. Mom"... have found what I believe is the perfect lady for me, and after a all these years, we still think the same great things of each other... I am employed by a large multi-state multi-media communications corporation, where I serve as the Director of Information Services for 13 radio stations and 3 tv stations in Knoxville, Nashville, and Evansville... I carry many Computer Certifications from Systems Engineer to Database Engineer, all the way down to Desktop Support Technician. I have well over 100 minor and participation certifications, and somewhere in the area of 22 major certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, RedHat, Novell, and IBM to name a few. I would love to hear from any of my classmates by any means you may wish, as I am very curious what happened to us all.
