Dan's Story
I attended Widener University for 1 year after graduation where I played soccer and ran indoor and outdoor track. Moved to Florida in 1979 to be closer to my family and transferred to the University of South Florida. Joined a fraternity, TKE. Graduated in 1985 with a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering. Married Jean Scarola in 1996. Have two daughters; step-daughter Danielle (23), and daughter Jenna (14). We live in St. Petersburg. Completed Masters degree in Engineering Management at USF in 2004. t instructor at a local college. My wife runs a day care center that we own. Danielle is in college majoring in boys and the beach. Jenna is in 9th grade. She acts and sings in a performing arts school. I stay active with martial arts (Black Belt - Tae Kwon Do), tennis, golf, biking, and running. Also enjoy white water rafting, hiking, snow and water skiing. My wife and I like to sing and go to Karaoke often. My wife has a beautiful voice. My brother and sisters and their children all live in Tampa and we get together often. I also get back to Philly about once a year to visit relatives.
