This picture is of me and my Grandson, Brayden, who just turned 6 months old. So far Ann and I only have one of these little beings but this one has been so much fun we are hoping for more. I am helping him tie his shoes so he can help me tie mine in a few years. Ann and I live just West of Springfield, Illinois We built our home in the country 30 years ago and still enjoy our life with the "Critters". I might add that some of them have two legs out here. After college, and active duty in the Army, I worked for Horace Mann Insurance Company, in Springfield, for 4 1/2 years. I then received a larger calling to join Forsyth Insurance Group, also in Springfield as a sales representative and its Secretary/Treasurer. I have been with Forsyth for 35 years and have served as its President for 15 years. Dale Blankenhip (Another MacArthur High School Grad) and I completed a buyout of the other 8 stockholders of the firm in January of 2006.
