Dan's Story

Life My Senior year I moved to Long Beach Island with my brother Russ and another friend of his from Glassboro State. After a few short months, I moved back to Lakewood and took my G.E.D. in December of 1977. In the summer of 1978, my family home was sold and I was forced to move on. I conned Bill Applegate into driving with me cross Country to california (the end of the raindbow,(hah) and landed in Hollyweird for two years. went back to Jersey for another year and then left for New Mexico. City of Crosses. Went to NMSU for almost two years while D.J.'ing on the local Country Radio Station. In 1986 I got Spring fever, quit school and opened up a Birkenstock Shoe Store in El Paso, Texas of all places. I was the first Birkenstock store in the State. 21 years later I'm still here, in the desert with my cat waiting for the Infinate Freedom to take place. Update: I'm almost 60, like the best of you. Wondering how everyone is doing. I just renewed for two more years, so hurry up and say hello! Miss you. Danny
