Dan's Story
Life
Just turned 50. Can't believe it. Where did the time go? Who have I missed?
I left Deerfield in late 1978 - and headed to Santa Fe, New Mexico where I lived (and got married/divorced) until 1985. In '85, I moved to Durango, Colorado (got married again in 1995)..and in June of 2005, moved to Lansing, Michigan. Married to Jodi with two boys aged 11 and 8.
School
Was pretty much a social misfit in high school; had a few close friends but...Expand for more
was pretty much in my own world. No real regrets, but in hindsight I really wish I had been closer to others - and there's those I sort of lost touch with between Maplewood, Shepard Jr High and DHS. But I guess friends come and go in your life. I do always wonder what happened to so and so.....
Best teacher had to be Fred Fabry. Just a cool guy who treated everyone with lots of respect and was pretty laid back.
Only had one real crush in HS...!
