Dan's Story
Life
I lived and attended school in Lawton most of my youth except for about a year in elementary at Mattawan, and the last two years of High School which were at Faith Baptist Academy in Mattawan. That gave me a jump-start in losing track of most of the people I knew growing up. I would like to know more about what has become of a lot of the friends and other acquaintances I had then.
I moved to Tennessee in 1976 to go to college, and while there began to work at McKee Foods in 1977. I have worked for them just over 35 years now.
In 1979 I married Libby and intended to spend my life with her. We had 3 great kids in the '80's.

tarting about a year ago. One good thing: Our youngest child, Jennifer, who is now 24 was married. She and Freddie are great together.
Then a couple months later our oldest, Justin, died. He is greatly loved and missed by us all.
A couple months later, coinciding with her birthday, Libby hired a lawyer to end our marriage at just under 32 years.
Then in the last couple months the sudden deaths of a couple close members of the extended family.
I am very thankful for my family and a few other friends and loved ones who are helping me deal with all of this.
I am confident that things will get better and I'll have some more positive updates coming up.
