Life
I love learning new things and accomplishing new goals I set for myself. I'm always on the go!!!! I'm just like the Energizer Bunny!!!
I LOVE to sing!!!...on Wednesday nites, you will probably find me down at The Gravel Pit doing karaoke with my good friend Manny Perez (he owns a dj/karaoke business!!!..ask me for his number if you need a music services..he does graduations, weddings, luaus, divorces, private parties, etc., and he's really reasonable!!!
I am a volunteer with the American Red Cross (Monroe Chapter) and with FCSS (Family Center for Shelter Services). I am on the DAT/DSHR teams meaning that I canteen for the firemen, etc., at local fires, try to help out whenever and where ever is needed, and can be called to be deployed for disasters on a national level (Hurricanes in other states, etc.). I'm certified in CPR & First Aid and have taken classes ...Expand for more
for mass care, serving people with disabilities, etc., and take other classes/certifications as they may come up.
My boys are now 21 and 15 1/2; Patrick graduated from Monroe High in June 2007 and is currently attending MCCC for DNR/Border Patrol; Jay is in the 9th grade and CAP (Civil Air Patrol) which he LOVES!!! Both doing great in school and keep me laughing at all times!! Never a dull moment in our home!!
I love animals~~I have 3 spoiled, Garfield-type, fat, lazy cats; I also have 2 cockatiels who are quite comical and can chatter up a storm!! I usually end up taking in all the rejects that no one else seems to want!!!! Good grief!!!!
