Daniel's Story
Life
After our senior party at the lodge I got my general education classes out of the way at PCC (so I didnÂt have to spend $600 a credit at College to study basket weaving). After getting all the dopey courses out of the way (for those humanities majors--IÂm just kidding) I headed back east and ended up getting a graduate degree at Stevens Institute of Technology. I worked my way through the Graduate program teaching courses in Computer Science and even continued teaching a bit after graduation.
Though teaching at college was pretty fun I was attracted away from teaching by the corporate salaries. I milled around from project to project and eventually started up my own small business doing Software Development for the pharmaceutical industry (or any industry that has tools to which sensors can be attached). hat acquire and analyze data from all sorts of research equipment (or anything really). It is kind of fun and for the past few years IÂve been able to work at home (which is both a blessing and a curse to my wife--its one of those Âtoo much of a good thing things, hee hee).
I got married shortly after I graduated from College, but I donÂt have any children yet. We have a little more time to decide if that is something that we want. I am a bit of a child as it is and I might not like the competition. Still, that might be fun as well. We shall see what happens.
