Daniel's Story
Life
After Michigan State in June of 1983 I finished at Lansinf Community College with my work as a Paramedic. Moved back to home town of Fenvvile, Michigan and worked towards medicals school for the fall of 1983. Things did not go as planned in the fall and took a year off and entered Ferris State College in the fall of 1984 as a pharmacy student. I graduated early in November of 1986 and took my state borads in January 1987. Married that year to a pharmacy student named Shellie. an Under the name Allegan Community Pharmacy. Five years went by fast and two kids later merged my business in Allegan with the family business of Alexander's Drug Store in Fennville and Saugatuck Drug in Saugatuck, Michigan. My father and I formed a new company Lakeshore Pharmacies, Inc. Upon my fathers retiredment, in 1994, I purchsed hald of his stock and the other hald was purchased by my brother-in-law. During this time I served 12 years on the Fennville Board of Education, Allegan County Economic Board, and the Allegan County Community Net Policy Board.
