Daniel's Story
Life
Well it is now Jan. 2020 Worked Milliken & Co and retired in 2005 after 35 years. and Life has been great . My Grand children are now 14 and 16 years old and her name is Lili and his name is Odin My Daughter and her Family live about an hour away, so I get a chance to see them often. Will continue to travel, but now only for pleasure.as much as I can I had a Consulting business after leaving Milliken for 7 yrs as a sales trainer for a consulting company in the industry where I worked for these many years. Sports still is my passion, so for the past 12 years worked as and Usher for the Tri City Valley Cats minor league team for the Astros I lived in Maine for the past 7 years a 220 year old house, in a town of 1200 people. (Cornish) I have also for pleasure, have visited Preu , India, Europe, Nepal and Burma I now also work as a Docent for the Norman Rockwell Museum for the past 5 years speaking on Mr Rockwell's paintings as well as other illustrators My Daughter Kerri has been a gift to me, my Hero. My mind still thinks young and I will all ways remember being on the 1964 HS Baseball City Champs Take Care
Hi All: It is now July 08 Still here!!!
About a year and ahalf ago I formed my own consulting company to work with a group of 14 companies (buying group) that I worked with while at Milliken. I set up 3 meeting per year for them at various locations in the US, attend trade shows for the group as well as look for speakers for our meetings both inside and outside of their industry I also do individual sales training with these compnaies as needed. I work minor league baseball team that is under the Houston Astros (group sales and as an usher) I now have a grandson Odin Frost born last year and enjoy playing with him and my grandaughter. With my wife working full time, I now cook dinners and clean the house (Ouch)
Since I went to opening day at Shea stadium with my friend Lou Prochaska in April 1964, I look for go to the final game there in September hopefully with Lou.
So, as I look back on the days on my youth it sure was a wonderful time to grow up in Queens, the street was our stadiums and the sun never set. And I thank God it is still shinning on me and my Family. Yours in Sports

till doing the consulting thing and added 4 new companies, so I now work with 16, 12 in the US and 4 in Canada. Just finished my 5th year ushering at the minor legue stadium in Troy NY where the A ball team of the Houston Astros plays. A number of my baseball photos are in a few beasball books by Mathew Silverman. Staying in contact with the gang who I grew up with and a reunion is in sight in January of 2012. I know you can not go back to those days of your youth, but having been in touch with those friends who shaped a part of your life in those years have been most enjoyable. There are laughs ahead when we all meet Stay tuned> Lets Go Mets!!1 .

Grand kids are now 9 and 6 growing too fast Still doing the Consulting gig as well as ushering at the minor league team in Troy NY Went to India last November for the Charity work we have their in Hyderabad India and this past September to Scotland and Ireland Also in 2012 April had a double by pass operation which caught be by surprise All is well on this road. Good Family Close Friends Loving wife nice area of where we live, still love sports and travel So I consider myself very lucky to have my health, to have grown up in RH NY where I had the building blocks for my live Lets Go Mets

Hi All March 2016 Still here Grand kids are now 12 and 9 playing sports and my Granddaughter plays in the school band Reduced my Consulting business and now working the THE NORMAN ROCKWELL MUSEUM in Stockbridge Mass. a docent/interpreter and still ushering during the summer with the minor league team of the HOUSTON ASTROS the TRI CITY VALLEY CATS in Troy NY Have traveled international. and domestic over the last 3 years. Looking to develop a blog/website for my photos during the coming year I am enjoying the friendships of my youth and the good friends made over the past 40 years Lets Go Mets
