Daniel's Story
I retired from General Motors in 2006 We have two children Chris ,son, and Leslie,daughter. Two Grandkids in Indianapolis and more fun than a box full of puppies. Christmas this year was one of the high points of my life.
I teach two nights a week at Hillsborough Comm. College in Tampa,Fl. Electrical Controls Troubleshooting. I enjoy playing my guitar,golf and going to Movies and Plays. Also enjoy traveling, just got back from 35 days out west and went everywhere we wanted to go,was supposed to be 21 days,I would highly suggest the Trail Ridge Road over the Rockies from Estes Park,Co. to Grand Lake,CO and also the Bear Tooth Scenic highway in Wyoming North East of Yellowstone. Two of the most beautiful roads in the U.S. Google them.
I still have all my hair and it's just starting to turn gray. My friends say it should be against the law for those over 64 to still have all their hair. ...Expand for more
I do have a white beard if I let it grow.
Finished a 2 year stint in a classic rock and roll band in 2005 and forgot how much that seemed like a real job. My wife of 41 years Cindy wants to know why I need 5 stringed instruments, I told her because 4 wasn't enough and 6 was too many. Does anyone want to buy a 6 string banjo?She did buy me a 10 lap race around the Talledega Superspeedway. I got to drive Joe Nemecheks old car , I averaged 160.05 mph on the ninth lap.with a top speed of 173 mph, We had a pro driver riding in a passenger seat who would have let me go faster except my 10 laps were up. The car would reach 182 mph, March of 2013 I'm going back and try to hit 180 mph. With three stints in my coronaries I use the extra adrenaline.
