Daniel's Story
Me and my wife Marian, along with our daughter Dana moved aboard our sailboat, Windwalker III one month after buying it in August 1999. It is a 50 ft sailing yacht with an auxillary deisel engine, which we use a lot.
After moving aboard we sailed down the west coast of the Americas from Canada to Ecuador, taking just over two years, with many stops in Mexico, El Salvador Costa Rica and Panama.
We left Ecuador for the Galapagos Islands in July 2001 and then on to French Polynesia and Kiribas.

iled to Fiji, Cook Islands, New Zealand, Vanuatu, New Caledonia, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, Oman, Yemen, Eritrea, Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, Turkey, Greece, Italy, France, Spain, Tunisia and now back to Turkey. I left out a few short stops, and only listed those where we spent enough time to sort of get to know some people.
We have enjoyed our sojourn but we are tired of living at sea and plan to sell Windwalker III and return to my roots in Curtis Mill. Hope to see many of you soon.
