Daniel's Story
Life
After graduation from DeLand High School in 1969, volunteered in the US Army 1970-71; lucky to go to Germany instead of 'Nam. Returned to achieve AA at DBCC in one year; BA at FTU/UCF by summer of 74. Worked in TV 72 - 76. Returned to school; two more BA's in 77 and 80 in Art/Film and History. Also counseled youth and ran community center in Orlando 77-80. Entered real estate/property management in 1980; worked as a Florida broker in field until mid 1990's. hildren. Happily single thereafter. Decided to teach in 1997 at Cocoa Beach Jr Sr High in Social Studies, TV production, and Journalism: Returned to DeLand High School in 2004 as a theatre/auditorium manager and teacher after 35 years! My interests have always included history, Triumph cars/bikes and other classic vehicles, and other special civil war or Napoleonic era collectibles. Current vehicles: 1998 Triumph Thunderbird Sport motorcycle; 1972 Datsun 240Z, and a 1972 Chevelle Station Wagon.
