Daniel's Story
Life
I have 4 children ages 19, 17, 15, 12. I enjoy working on cars with my sons, hiking, camping, biking. I live near the Pacific ocean and love to go to the beach, any beach, where I can walk, play, climb on rocks, find agates, build fires, fly kites and enjoy my children. I end up working a lot but I can also travel which is fun. I have traveled quite a bit and been to several countries.
College
I must have enjoyed college because I went to a lot of schools and took a lot of time. I started school at Western Washington University but dropped out and went to school at Peninsula Community College. I took courses for Chemical Engineering. I really liked the people I met there and the classes. I transfered to Washington State Univers...Expand for more
ity where I continued my Chemical Engineering classes and then continued to take classes in Physical metallurgy, the study of metal processing and metal properties. WSU was a lot of fun as I lived off campus and met a lot of great people. I enjoyed study groups and trips to Moscow, ID. I went on to graduate studies for a Masters and PhD in Materials Science. I worked in Richland WA and then Moses Lake Wa. After a few more places I have settled down in Oregon.
Workplace
Let's see, what do I work at. I have worked for a number of companies, including Union Carbide, ASiMI, Hewlett Packard and Mitsubishi. I am thankful to have my own company where I am President and have great people to work with. I am half engineer and half business man.
