Daniel's Story
Life
met my wife by talking to her father on the CB Radio.
We have been together since 1986 and were married in 1991, over 10 years ago.
We have 3 children aged 4-9 and own a home near Fountain Hill.
My wife has been fighting Colon Cancer since 1998.
I spent nearly 10 years as a Toyota auto tech.
In 1995 I changed careers and went into computers.
In January of 2001 I started a position at Lincoln Tech as a Computer & Electronics teacher.
Most of all I thank God for everyday and everything I have.
My wife lost her fight with cancer on December 23, 2002. Her last year was very hard. Her cancer was unresponsive and she had to go on hospice ...Expand for more
care. She had a couple of 'good' weeks near the end which let her spend birthdays with our youngest son his 5th and our daughter for her 10th.
It has been a difficult 2 1/2 years being a single dad. Lincoln is now into teaching medical related classes. I work independently as a computer tech. It allow me to be home with the kids when they are sick or off from school. During the summer my boys either come along to my clients or visit a friend.
My children are now 9, 12, and 14. They grow up so fast. I thank God for them and everything I have every day.
I found a great woman and I'm getting married in August!
