Daniel's Story

Life First enlisted USMC in 1975. The first time I was discharged was in 1981. Joined Washoe County Sheriff's Office until 1984 when many friends I knew were killed in Lebabnon. Reentered USMC 1984 finally discharged 1993 because of nerve damage to my arm and shoulder. Traveled to many countries (Cuba, Norway, Denmark, Germany, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon, Japan, Philippines, Korea, Iran, G...Expand for more
renada, Signapore, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, India, Ethiopia, Djibouti and a few more that I cannot remember.) Workplace Employed Washoe County Sheriff's Office 1981 - 1984. Worked Jail Division. Assigned to Warrants Unit for 1 1/2 years. Great job. Left because of feeling guilty when alot of my friends were killed in Beirut Marine Barracks bombing. Went back into the Corps after resignation.
