Danielle's Story
Life has been an adventure since High School. I went to MDCC for a year then to Samford University ( a private Univeristy in Birmingham, AL), then transferred to Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. I met the man of my dreams shortly after high school and we got married in 1991 before our senior year in college. We graduated together in 1992. After graduating I worked for the President of Liberty and also for VP in admissions. It was a great time and I loved every minute of it. In 1996 we had our first child, a little boy - we were thrilled. We remained in VA until 1999, where we had another little boy. Shortly after that we moved to Huntsville, AL where my husband is from. He took a job here to be a Singles Pastor at a church. Then we had another awesome little boy in 2001 - yay!!!! How many boys can we have? So n...Expand for more
eedless to say our home was a busy place and we like it that way. Then in 2004 we had another baby -- but... this time a girl! It is possible. This is the part of our story we call stepping out on faith. We became church planters. What is church planting - you say? It it starting a church (a Christian church), in our case a non-denominational church. Lots of people asked why start a church in the bible-belt. Good question. There are a lot of "traditional" churches here - wonderful churches. But we want to reach out to people who may not want to go to a traditional church. In fact we met in a Brewery for a while. It was great.
So that about sums it up. I love being the wife to an amazing man and mom to 4 wonderful children. I stay very busy to say the least but enjoy it. I look forward to reading your story.
