Recognized by Campaigns & Elections as one of the Rising Stars of Politics 2002, Danielle Morris James is currently the PAC Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) where she is responsible for raising PAC dollars for the NRCC and targeted Republican candidates.
DanielleÂs previous PAC experience includes a stint as the Political Affairs Director for the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI), the largest trade association representing the property/casualty insurance industry, and as Regional Director for the American Medical Association (AMA). At the AMA, she managed legislative targeting, candidate support, and PAC contributions. She was also responsible for their 2004 partisan communication program, including mailing over 900,000 pieces of direct mail to physicians in 79 U.S. House and Senate races.

f the Republican Party of Palm Beach County after the 2000 recount, Deputy Campaign Manager to Commissioner of Education Frank Brogan, and Political Director to the Katherine Harris for Secretary of State campaign. Other grassroots, policy, and communications positions include Senior Advocacy Consultant for Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Grassroots Campaign Manager and Deputy Director of Tax and Budget Policy at Citizens for a Sound Economy, and Cabinet and Legislative Affairs Associate at the Florida Department of State.
Danielle received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University, Shreveport, and a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from American University. She is an alumna of the WomenÂs Campaign School at Yale University and she attended the Campaign Management Institute at American University. Danielle and her husband, Barton, live in Alexandria, Virginia with Lilly Grace, their Labrador retriever.
