Danielle Nicole Robinson
I left the University at Buffalo in 2002 and I transferred to a school in west virginia. For many of you, I must say that no, west va, is a seperate state and is NOT part of Virginia. Think of country rednecks whose favorite songs are "sweet home alabama", "country roads", and "The devil went down to Georgia". I went to Glenville state college, which was in a town that had two gas stations, one Mcdonald's, one pizza hut and alot of mountains. Needless to say, skin color wise-- "I polka dotted the place". Many of my fellow students had shotguns on campus where they could go out "deer huntin" whenever the mood arose. Hmm boy, JERKY!!!LOL
It was a good experience going there however. I mean "I stretched myself" in every sense of the word and got alot of good stories. I graduated with my degree in accounting from Glenville. I am a "rededicated christian" as of two years. Rededicated meaning that I had fallen off, but now I am back on the right path again. I am unmarried but ended a three year relationship about a year ago. I am currently getting my real estate brokers license. I went to Japan in december which was awesome. I think one of the coolest things I did there was go bathing in the nude lolololol (yeah long story).
Let's see what else.......
Well eventually I want to get married and settle down (since I left W. VA I have become quite the little home maker LOL) but I am taking a li...Expand for more
ttle break right now. I am still abstaining from wanton sex, battling temptations to make sure that my body will not only be a temple for my Lord but also an honor to my future husband. Ha it's a struggle but it's worth it :)
Professionally
Well I have my degree but my passion has always been real estate so that is why I am getting my brokers license in raleigh, nc. I just finished on a project working as a consultant for citigroup trying to save them $60 million dollars. It was a good job, prestige, yadda yadda.. but I was miserable there. I have changed soo much in my ideas about money, success, and happiness. It was a heart breaking lesson to grow up wanting the big job with the big money, and then to finally really let it sink in that that is not what it's all about. I still have my strong ambitions, but at the same time I no longer have the callousness and selfishness that came with them.
My heart has softened up alot since h.s. and UB. I mean Good lord, I cry at movies all the time now LOL... My family has moved to North Carolina. We FINALLY got our house. My email address is meditiann by way of a "heated mail".
Take care and God Bless!
