Danny's Story
I am married with 2 kids and live in Santa Clarita California. I married Lori White, who graduated from Winter Park High School as well..a year before me. We never knew each other in school..as I was music & theatre and she was a cheerleader. Different worlds to be sure, and luckily we met a few years after high school and have been together ever since (1980). We will celebrate our 25th anniversary in April and have two daughters, Jessica (24) and Becca (19). Jessica graduated from FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) here in LA and currently works in the fashion industry, and travels all the time. Becca is attending the local college to get her AA fast and then plans to major in journalism at San Diego (SDSU).
I own a company called Utopia Entertainment which is a leading design and production firm specializing in the creation of rides, shows, attractions, exhibits and events for the leisure industry. Our clients include theme parks, museums, zoos, aqauriums, film studios, etc. Most of work has been in Asia as of late, due to their ecomomic boom and the lack of the same in the states (thanks George). My wife Lori and I enjoy spending time around the house, cooking and hanging out with our daughters, who are still at this time, living with us. Hard to imagine, since most kids leave the roost at the first opportunity. Lori and I like to garden, and enjoy home improvement projects and like to spend way too much money at antique auctions in search of that perfect thing that we can't live without. She's my best friend and we love doing things together.
My other hobbies include surfing with my girls and fooling with my Reef Tank and its live corals and creatures. I also enjoy playing with our 3 dogs (actually, 1 is supposed to be Jess's dog...but you know how that goes.)
