Received doctorate in pharmacy from University of Nebraska in 1989 and then completed a residency and postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California San Francisco. I have been at The Ohio State University since 1994 and am currently a tenured full professor at the Davis Heart and Lung Research Institute with expertise in the areas of pulmonary medicine, immunology, and pharmacogenomics. More importantly, I have been happily married for 23 years and have two wonderful children, Oliver (19) and Chloe (15).".
