Life I have a PhD in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership. I also have BA and MA degrees in Anthropology (Archaeology was my sub-field specialization - ask me about what, when, and where I've dug, it's kinda interesting). My current adventures include creating a new field of study within the Organization and Management discipline - Middle Way Management. Developing a new, more compassionate way to manage people is proving to be quite a challenge and a lot of fun. At this time, I'm collecting data for a seminal article through my consulting firm, eXcolo Research Group.
