Darlene's Story
Life.....this is my story and i'm sticking to it....... i don't really want to, i've tried to ditch this story a few times but it keeps coming back. I have RA and was diagnosed with RA when i was just 35. i have had to have 6 surgeries to remove tumors, whole bones and bone fragments over the past 8yrs. it sucks. sometimes i wish it would just go away for a little while but it won't so i just have to keep going anyway.....i can't wait for a good day, there may not be any....well at least the way they used to be. really though i just had to redefine what a good day is. i really am fine, aside from being kindof sick. believe it or not, RA kindof in a sick way has kept me fit....so back to the story........Expand for more
ok, here goes... i was married for 28 years. during that time i had 6 children. i took life way too seriously, i worked and went to school and became a therapist for children with severe behavior disorders and was also a legal secratary for my husband.
i am now divorced and live alone :) on a hill side in west seattle. i tend to wander, and i like that. i have 11 grandchildren, i am so very blessed with a large family.
i have lived in toledo oh., whitehoues oh., maumee oh., bradenton fla., west palm beach fla., and seattle wa.
i love photography, art, boating, and being single :)
and if ya ever come on out this way, look me up! we'll go out and have a blast!
