August, 2013 -- Wanted to update before coming to the 45th Reunion. WOW! that just takes my breath away to think that I have made it that far and what I have accomplished. But at the same time it also make me sad to think what I am going to miss when I see you all in a few weeks -- Becky Karvonen Roby. Her beautiful smile, laugh and comforting hug!! How about each of you? Who have you missed and thought about? Let us dedicate this reunion not only to those of us who are "still kicking" but to the memories of the loved ones in our hearts! Bring pictures and share stories! A lot has changed in the last five (5) years. The most important is that I have become engaged to a most wonderful man named Scott Taylor. We have been engaged 2-1/2 years. He is a CT Technologists at PeaceHealth SouthWest Washington Medical Center where I also work. We both have been here for 16 years and looking forward to retiring in under six (6) years. I am still living in Vancouver, Washington until retirement then planning on moving to North Bend, Oregon. Why leave all of this urban glory? Fresh air and relaxing lifestyle!!! Scott will have been in medicine over 40 years and I over 20 years. Now it is time for ourselves-Music, beach, bicycles, travel, taking up kayaking, family time... No more urban pa...Expand for more
