Darlene's Story

Life Darlene is back in South Florida (2008) is now back in the acting business and anticipating an opportunity to audition and work in the second season of "Burn Notice". Darlene Deacon was formerly 6 & 10 pm producer for KIDK TV in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She's was also a field & court reporter for KIDK. Most of her working years have been in corporate management. Darlene is also a character actress and her credits include a featured role in a FOX television series called "Super Force" and a movie made for USA Network television entitled "Red Wind." casting. She co-hosted with nationally known radio talk show host, Dick Farrel. She also filled-in as the host of the same show. Darlene Deacon has written for the South Florida Newspaper Network and the Calais Advertiser in Maine. She has also written and edited many publications and marketing materials for the Barry Financial Corporation’s marketing division in Boca Raton, Florida. Darlene is currently finishing a manuscript and is a member of the Florida Writer’s Association. Her manuscript is now under the tender editing care of Robert Fulton, Jr., PhD (RiverGeezer Editing). She was born in Massachusetts and grew up in the small town of Grand Lake Stream in "Downeast" Maine.
