Darold's Story
Born in Virginia, Raised in the World :) {Military Brat-USN}
Attended High School at Cape Hatteras (Freshman and Sophmore Years) and at Greenbrier East (Junior and Senior Years)
Graduated from WVU in May '87 with a Sports Management Degree and went in the USAF as a student pilot (didn't work out) so I went to Navigator School were I graduated as a Weapons Systems Officer (WSO).
Flew F-111D/Fs at Cannon AFB in Clovis NM (89-95)
While at Cannon, I married my lovely wife, Stephanie Konieczny, who also was in the USAF.

ENMU during my free evening hours :) to get my MBA
After Cannon I went to Pensacola NAS to be an Instructor Navigator (95-98) and then to South Korea (Osan AB - 99)
I was then stationed at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro NC and flew the mighty F-15E Strike Eagle. After SJAFB, the USAF decided I should finish my career in DC at the Pentagon.
Retired as a Major after 20 yrs.
I now work for Alion Science and Technology as an Acquisition Analyst on the Secretary of the Air Force Technical and Analytical Support (SAFTAS) contract.
