Life For those of you who knew me through Spring Valley Elementary and Northwood Junior High (how sad it's gone) and wondered what happened to me... During 9th-grade, my parents got divorced and our house was sold during 10th grade at RHS. I moved in with my father in Houston for 11th & 12th grade and graduated from Clear Lake High School. But I will always consider RHS to be the one I should have graduated from and tell people that is where I went to high school. How's that for loyalty? I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Biology, though I am now employed in Mortgage Trading & Loan Servicing. I guess I'm one of the many who just got the degree for the experience of college. Anyway, I spent a few years trying to figure out what to do in the real world, then ended up taking a couple of years off, raising my own support, and travelling with a Christian ministry (Life Action Ministries) as a singer. After that, I spent the next several years working various jobs (temp assignments, customer service, auto insurance claims adjuster) before I got into my present career. I finally found the love of my life through my church - that's a whole different story... Mandie is 10 years younger than me and was 17 when she was in a car accident in 1996 that killed her father and left her in a coma for 3 months.
