Darrell's Story
Life
Started High School in Massachusetts, Graduated a year early in Virginia in 1982. Moved to Mississippi with my parents 2 weeks after I graduated. Nothing notable happened there. Moved to Georgia with my parents, started working for Domino's Pizza. Worked in Management for almost 8 years. Met my lovely bride and we married in 1987. Moved to Alabama for a year, moved back to Georgia, quit Domino's and started at Blockbuster Video as a manager, but also went back to school. Graduated in 1999 from Southern Politechnic State University with a BS in Environmental Development, moved to Arizona. Got a job with a homebuilder in AZ in late 1999. Collin was born in July 2000, Zadie was born in April 2003. Switched homebuilder jobs twice. Found Jesus on September 11, 2005. House burned down on September 21, 2005. gn build firm in Phoenix, AZ. I am also working with friends to start an Adventure Ministry. That is the short version of the last 30 years. Life at this time is better than I could have ever dreamed, even if I wrote the story. Been Married 21 years and am still madly in love with Angie. My kids are both energetic, smart, fun and love God. Collin was Baptized just days before this update. Angie is home schooling the kids. I lead a small Men's group for my Church. The circle of friends that God has blessed me with are amazing. Family, for the most part lives within a few hours drive with the exception of my sister. She is a Pilot for Alaska Air and lives with her Husband in Anchorage. My brother is a helicopter pilot for the Border Patrol and lives in Tucson. Dad is semi retired working about 60% time for Guardsmark Security. He also wrote a book about his days in the FBI. Mom s totally retired and they are living in Prescott. Angie's family still lives in Atlanta.
