Darrell's Story
After graduation from South Nodaway high school I attended Platte College in St Joseph, Missouri where I became a draftsman. At this institution I learned to draw mechanical diagrams, electrical schematics and of the value of friendship.
Upon completion of my education at Platt College I drew a few aircraft, became a property owner and attended Northwest Missouri State University where I learned to program computers. I met my future bride and moved to Michigan. We had four gorgeous children who are my pride and joy. In Michigan I learned to build a team and how to shovel snow.

The air force moved us to Texas where I studied engineering at the University of Texas San Antonio, coached creative problem solving and am currently a merchandizing manager for a major home improvement retailer.
I divorced in 2002, which gives me too much time for doing whatever I choose to do. Trips to the hill country and lakes around San Antonio are some of my favorite diversions. My latest passion is repair of vintage guitars. Unfortunately my guitar playing abilities are similar to that of my singing...I have decided that the only way that I can make music is with power tools.
