Although I am WAY overdue for graduation, the experiences IÂve had that have kept me from graduating are some I can look back on and say, ÂIÂm glad that happened. As for my current status, IÂm a junior at George Mason University. IÂm a dual major (PSYC & Admin. of Justice) and triple minor (CS, Russian & Math), which is half the reason I havenÂt graduated (Note: because this is my new path, these degrees have not yet been declared).
As some of those who have been in-touch with me through the past few years may know, I was in a pretty serious motorcycle incident in September of 2000; my first semester at Mason. The incident happened in Baltimore City and was caused by a faulty construction site. gether one small piece at a time. Still, my case has not settled, but hopefully it will soon. In all, I missed 4 semesters of school because of my incident. But my determination is what keeps me going.
When I started college, I had plans to be a behavioral statistician, using my anticipated B.S. in Math and Ph.D. in Psychology to conduct statistical studies on human behavior for the US government. Now, I have a more detailed and thrilling plan for the road that lies ahead. One day, that plan will lead me to the Department of Justice as a Special Agent for the FBI.
Currently, I have taken an administrative position working for the Department of Defense. Soon I will have my much-needed secret security clearance  if the OPM clears me ;) My job pays very well and has helped put me back on my feet financially. I am anxiously waiting this fallÂs semester! Check back soon for updates.
