Darryl's Story
Life
Darryl Smith is a lecturer in the Department of Communication Arts at the University of West Florida where he teaches Media Law, Media Ethics, Broadcast Management and other courses. He earned his JD from the University of Missouri School of Law after 2.5 years of study and is a member of the Missouri Bar.
He received his MA in Journalism/Media Management from the University of Missouri- Columbia.

In his spare time, he enjoys restoring British sports cars, riding motorcycles, fishing, hunting and competitive shooting.
Smith is also a certified instructor in numerous firearms disciplines.
