Life
Hi everyone
I retired about a year and a half ago from the City of Modesto. I was the Chief Building Official for nearly 30 years. I regulated the all private construction of the city as it grew from 80,000 to over 200,000 people. I was able to fulfill many goal while there such as President of the statewide organization of California Building Officials (CALBO) and continue as a Commissioner of the training arm of CALBO.

o a little bit of consulting for cities. I also do volunteer work, building Kingdom Halls for Jehovah's Witnesses in California.
Although retired I am busy, but really enjoy being it. Our family just returned a month ago from Italy and England. It was a wonderful experience.
I am still married to Kathie and have two grown children. One is married and the other is single.I live in Sonora and have lived here for about 14 years.
Since I left High School I graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a BS in Architectural Engineering.
