Dave's Story
After HS, I put myself through college playing drums in a blues band. Got married while still in college, went on to grad school. Left state service/education sectors to work private sector for a while, then back to public sector and retired early. Folks in Virginia found out and talked me into a job up there, but decided it was too far from home and have come back. d on their own (nobody seems to be in a hurry to produce grandkids). Kept playing drums along the way for fun - heck, at one point, was doing Scottish pipe band stuff with Nashville Pipes & Drums (long story about how I could live in Austin and go to competitions around the country with them, but anyway). Recently gt a Welsh Corgi; never had one of those before, seems to be a pretty good temperament for me.
