1973: Went to Meramac Community College ... flunked out after one semester.
1974: Went to work in a machine shop. Built a custom 1968 Z-28 Camaro ... totaled it.
1976: Went back to college at University of Missouri - Columbia
1981: BS Mechanical Engineering
1981: Went to grad school at University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
1982: MS Mechanical Engineering
1982: Traveled 10,000 miles around U.S. exploring, visiting friends, looking for job
1982: Started job with Sperry Flight Systems in Phoenix, bought out by Burroughs, bought out by Honey...Expand for more

1988: Quit job, went to Europe for 3 months
1989: Started job at Life Fitness in Chicago, bought out by Brunswick
1998: Quit job, backpacked around the world
1999: Started job at Sundberg-Ferar product development in Detroit
2001: Moved to San Luis Obispo, CA without job
2002: Taught at Cuesta Community College and California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly)
2004: Started job running small distributorship of packaging equipment, owner retired
2016: Designed product (Kit Kube system) and started website company Overland Adventurer Designs
