David's Story
Hello,
I am a divorced and remarried father of a 25 yr. old boy and a 21 year old girl. I also have a 26 year old step-daughter and a 23 year old step-son. My wife (Donna) and I live in Colorado Springs and we have get this,7 grandchildren and one on the way. I am a Lieutenant in the Colorado Department of Corrections. I have worked there for close to twenty years. That is what I do not who I am. I play guitar pretty well and sing horribly. Oh well. Which is okay with me. very proud and very nervous and I pray for her everyday. I work out everyday. Running and lifting are my favorite forms of exercise. But I also like to take my yellow Lab (Mia) for a jog. She drags me around. We also have a fat old Blue Healer named Cowboy Mike and a Siamese cat named Stinker-Belle. I still love Zeppelin, the Stones, Clapton, SRV and Blues guys like Albert King and Son Seals. I went to USC Pueblo but I am still 1 year away from my bachelors in Sociology. I want to work about 8 more years and then retire. I have learned one thing in life. Life is not about what you get but it is about what you leave behind.
