David's Story
After high school I went to college for 2 years and Bible school for 2 years. I served for 8 years in the pulpit ministry with The Salvation Army. After relocating to PA, I spent several years working as a cook and then a restaurant manager. I switched to retail and spent a number of years managing for assorted discount retailers. I am now enjoying retirement.
The biggest surprise for most of you, my old friends, will be my change of religious preference. More than 30 years ago I converted to Judaism. I am a member of a synagogue not far from my home in Montgomery County, PA.

ppen?!), a daughter who is about to get her masters degree in social work and is getting married in May, and a daughter who has Down's Syndrome and is the delight of our lives. All 3 are award-winning students - which means they are definitely smarter than ole Dad!
Although band was my passion through high school & college, I could never afford my own French horn, so I mess around with a second-hand trumpet occasionally. I published 2 novels and a memoir a few years ago. For family fun and relaxation we love to go to minor league baseball games. Cheap and a lot of fun. (Go Cutters!)
