David's Story
Life
Well, I haven't been in Merced for about 9 years. In August of '98 I got into some trouble and became property of California. I was determined to not become part of the 85% to go back to jail. I met alot of good people and some of who were sadly institutionalized. Life changing is the only way I can sum up that experience. When I was released in March of 2000 I moved to the beautiful city of Sacramento. Did you know that the Sac rivals Paris as tree capital of the world? Just a lil useless knowledge! Anyhoo, soon after I met my future ex-wife Sofia. In '02 we moved to El Paso Texas, but not before she bore me wonderfully beautiful daughter Cassieopeia. ded from both our hearts and we divorced in July '06. I'm now living in Scottsdale AZ, a suburb of Phoenix. I'm on a sunlit path now. The Phoenix is the mythical bird of ressurection, and it is just amazing how that has proven so since moving here!
School
As some or most of you may know, I didn't graduate from Golden Valley. I wasn't even there any of my senior year. I started at Merced, then i wound up at Yosemite High. To exemplefy how much of a loser I was, I didn't even graduate there!
I was able graduate eventually, but from Empire High in Nevada City California, anyone know where that is?
I tried some community college but school is not really my thing. While i was in El Paso I was able to graduate from a technical school. I had found my niche. I graduated top 3% of my class, that was something i was very proud of.
