David's Story
Made it to 78 with most of my teeth. Now retired. Worked 20 years for Aetna Insurance as a systems project manager and 20 for the state of CT in the sales tax dept, where, frankly I liked the taxpayer better than my employer. Retired at 67. Married to Sandra for 15ish years, my second wife.
Son Jeff is a lawyer in Great Neck and a terrific guy. Three grand daughters. Danielle, 15, stylish, very witty, sensitive, and wise. She said "pappy (me) is less like a grandpa and more like a kid." which i really liked. Lauren 13 independent and very attractive. I told Jeff he would have to protect the boys from her. Lauren and I have a mutual interest in the Universe. She denied my memoir on that subject and wrote her...Expand for more
own version which was quite a hit with my memoir group, and deemed far superior to the material to which she responded, Not just a pretty face.. and Nicole, 9 who has successfully battled the Benjamin curse, and lost 12 pounds and shot up several inches. Her forensic analysis of cesspools was a classic.
I live in Westport CT. Big into duplicate bridge where I am 60th lifetime. a gold life master with 3300+ master points. Work out a lot. I would like to hear from you all. I have fond memories of Classical. less fond of Clark where I went to college.
Active in Y's Men of Westport, 400 members, memoir club, hiking group, Currently preparing a 1 1/2 hour presentation for our Classical Music Club. Any ideas????
