David's Story

Life Went to Brandeis University then Yale Law. My professional life (as a lawyer than law professor) has been wonderful, better than I could have imagined--besides teaching lots of fun stuff (for me at least) like writing books, op-eds, being on radio talk shows. from Alaska to Australia. I've been married to a wonderful woman who is originally from Israel, which I now visit frequently. We have two beautiful daughters, born in 2005 and 2008. I've lived in the DC area since 1992, except for several fellowships and visiting professorships.
