David is residing in Grapevine, Texas. He is married to Deborah D Montgomery Blackney. After High School . He later attended Video Technical Institute (FCC Lifetime License, Video Producion Theory), Video Technical Institute (FCC License Lifetime, Production Theory, Video Production Degree. After graduating i worked at KXII channel 12 in Sherman Texas .Resigned my postion at Channel 12, After 7months where I went from loading cartoons for the cartoon hour which was on film.To Directing the Newscasts.Applied and was offered and accepted a job at Channel 33. KNBN located in Dallas,Tx. Working on a live 8 hour broadcast called MONEY TALK. Broadcasting Stock Market News ,Commodities and,Money Market futures.As a Camera Operator,Floor Director,Assistant Lighting Director, Master Control Operator.When the station was bought by Metro Media.Worked as a Floor Director on The KRLD Newcast.Station recieved BEST NEWCAST UPI And AP.When Fox bought the station was laid-off. Due to Fox did away with the newcast .After my lay-off i went to work at KXAS as a Camera operator.Was promoted to Floor director,Assistant Lighting director.Was offered and acce David is residing in Grapevine, Texas.
