David's Story
Went to work at Teletype (Became AT&T Manufacturing, in 1984), just 2 months after graduation. Retired with over 36 years, in November of 2010. During that time, I got married, got divorced, got married again, had a kid, moved from a factory job in Arkansas, to a desk job in Ohio, got divorced, got married again, had another kid, became a grandfather, had countless job changes, and lived in several different houses and apartments. the early 90s, doing some theatre, local and national TV, a couple of small movies, and one big movie. But I've pretty much given up on show business. Built a house on 3 wooded acres in Marion County, Ohio, in '00, and worked my behind off, keeping it in shape. Lost that house when that 3rd wife left me in '18. Took a job as a driver for a county transportation service in October '19. Had to quit in '20, when the pandemic hit. Right now, I'm just taking it easy, and enjoying retirement.
